Yes, we have 100% original and authentic products only.
Where is your store located?
We are an online store only. Our office is based at Karachi, PIB Colony, Plot No 160, First Floor and you can visit us during working hours (Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM) for order pickup or any product/service query.
What are the Delivery Charges?
Our nationwide delivery Standard shipping charges are Rs.150, and we offer express delivery for which the charges are Rs.500
Do you deliver in countries other than Pakistan?
We only ship products within Pakistan.
How long do you take to deliver an order?
Our delivery time nationwide is 3-5 working days or earlier. Please make sure that complete address and active mobile number in mentioned with the order to help the delivery on time (incomplete information may cause delay in delivery).

Can I have different Shipping Address and Billing Address for the order?
No, Shipping Address should match Billing Address.
How can I get to know the confirmation status of the order?
You will receive the order confirmation and order shipment details via Email on the provided ID. Also, kindly check “Spam” folder or “Promotions” tab in your email, as sometimes the emails may get delivered in these sections.
Where can I get/use a Discount Code for shopping on your website?
Discount codes are part of the promotional campaigns through Email/FB/Instagram/Merchandise. And cannot be found on website. If you have any discount code with you, you can use it by entering the code during checkout process. Or leave the discount code field empty.
